Americans for the Arts' revenue-sharing relationship with their previous vendor was no longer providing the non-dues revenue they'd become accustomed to. Additionally, the existing job board technology lacked the ability to track engagement in order to provide actionable data. Americans for the Arts wanted an easy-to-use, member-centric platform, and a partner to handle all aspects of sales and customer service.

Solution

Web Scribble offered a better revenue share, enabling Americans for the Arts to keep a higher percentage of ad sales. Web Scribble software seamlessly integrated with Americans for the Arts current software, which made for an easy transition for members. It also allowed for easy reporting to show who was interacting with the job bank. Americans for the Arts gained valuable staff time when sales, marketing, and customer service responsibilities were transitioned to Web Scribble's sales and marketing team.

In the first year of the Web Scribble partnership, Americans for the Arts revenue increased by nearly double. In the second year, their non-dues revenue increased by another 25%. In the first year after implementation, job seeker registrations improved by 39%. Since transitioning technology and operations to Web Scribble, the job bank experienced a 72% increase in the number of jobs posted.
