While webJobs has had the Job Agent feature for quite some time, employers have been left out. With webJobs 3.0, employers will be able to setup Resume Agents. Employers can get e-mail alerts of newly registered job seekers based on keywords, location, experience, education, etc.

Wow I must say that I am very impressed! I’ve been a client of web scribble for a year now (see: JobsDirectUSA.com) and have to admit that they have stepped their game up with the forthcoming webJobs 3.0 and other software. I look forward to implementing these new features on my board as soon as they are made available to the public.
