A much needed feature that would work great for smaller companies is the ability to fill in the blank for how many job postings, how many resume reviews and the cost.

Personally - my board will not offer resume views at this time. That may change down the road - but more than likely not. While we offer only job postings - it does cause error messages in the smartway panel.

Perhaps in future versions maybe;

1. Job postings
2. Resume Reviews
3. Job Seeker registration (if it is free board for employers and fee based for job seekers - which I have seen)
4. Ability to edit what is / is not offered to the clients - whether job seeker or employer.

Ability to add credits to employers posting ads. Right now - it can be done - though difficult to get through the process and it appears 5 credits go away with even 1 job posting.

Just food for thought - I really like your software - overall - but still some issues to get worked out. Of course my end users will dictate the true like / dislike of the site - of which they are already using and we haven't announced it to be released yet.
