Nice theme. But looks like you need to scale the font-size down for the input and select elements in the css.

That was actually intentional (so that the form stands out). You’ll be able to change this once the theme is released of course.

This theme is made available in v3.1. You will simply need to enable it to use it.

You can do so from the themes section of the administrative area after you update to 3.1.
