A very popular feature request for our job board software has been to allow job seekers to upload a picture of themselves for employers to see. This personalizes the job application process and puts a face to the name. It’s something that many popular job boards have started doing, and we’re making sure your job board is part of the growing trend.
During registration or in their account settings, your job seekers will now be able to (optionally) select a photo to upload. webJobs will accept all major file formats, and uploading takes just a few seconds, and all photos are automatically resized to fit. Included below is a screenshot of how it looks once the photo has been uploaded:
