That&#039;s currently not something we have planned. The primary reason is filtering out contact information from a resume is difficult if not impossible. If a person wants to bypass a filter it can be done very easily.</description>

Will you be updating the system with a way for us to make all candidates contact information blind to the employers and recruiters who search our candidate database? Thus allowing employers and recruiters to search the database, find the person with the &quot;skill sets&quot; they are seeking, but not be able to contact them directly, only seeing an ID #, instead of the full contact info. This will allow the CareerSite owners to charge a placement fee to the employer vs charging for resumes. Make sense?
