Absolutely! We perform the first installation of
our affiliate script free of charge along with any
plugins you purchase. An installation includes uploading
the dating script files, populating the MySQL database,
and setting the appropriate file permissions. Once
uploaded, your site will look identical to our online
demo.

How
soon will I receive webAffiliate™?
|
We manually screen and approve each order.
As long as you purchase during normal business hours
(Monday-Friday 9-5PM EST) you will receive the software
by e-mail in under an hour. If you purchase our affiliate
tracking software after our offices have closed or on
the weekend it may take up to one day for you to receive
it.

How
will I receive webAffiliate™?
|
There are two ways we can deliver the product
to you: by e-mail or by postal mail. By default, we
will e-mail you all the download information after your
purchase. For a small shipping fee you can choose to
receive the package by postal mail in addition to the
e-mail delivery.

Will
I receive free updates?
|
Yes! We will provide you with free lifetime
updates for our affiliate script. Major updates with
many new features are generally released every six months.
Minor updates including small new features and fixes
are generally released every three months or less.

How
much can I customize the look of the site?
|
You can make any changes to the site as
you wish. All aspects of how the page looks can be changed.
When you receive the software it comes with many HTML
template files that you can edit for maximum control
over the look of your site. Whether you want to change
just the header of the page (edit one file) or change
the wording on every single template, webAffiliate gives
you the flexibility to do both.

|
Yes! We can ship you the software on a CD. Simply
choose the postal mail shipping option during your
order checkout.

How
many users can it support?
|
That is a difficult question to answer, and depends
on many factors. The biggest factors include whether
you are on a shared environment or a dedicated server,
and the number of simultaneous users on at one given
time.
In general, we have clients running databases with
hundreds of thousands of members very smoothly.

Which
payment gateways are supported?
|
webAffiliate™ can work with virtually any gateway,
as long as the gateway passes the user back to your
site after a successful transaction. On the success
page that the user is passed back to, you will need
to add a link to our software by placing an image
tag. webAffiliate will then be able to track and credit
your affiliates.
Some of the popular gateways that this can be done

How
are affiliates tracked?
|
webAffiliate™ ensures that your affiliates
are properly credited for all referrals and sales they
make. We achieve this by using a combination of IP address
and cookie tracking to determine when an affiliate should
be credited.

Can
I do flat rate or percentage commissions?
|
Yes! You can choose to offer either type of commission
structure with our webAffiliate™ software. Flat
rates can be configured for each product, or a percentage
of the product price if you would like. Both flat
rate and percentage commission values can be extended
10 levels deep for affiliates that refer other affiliates
to your program.

Can
webAffiliate™ track my search engine campaigns?
|
webAffiliate™ has the ability to track any
type of campaign you wish. Simply set up a new campaign
as an affiliate, and name it "Google", for
example. Then use the link generated in your advertising
campaign on Google, and webAffiliate™ will give
you a detailed report of how well the campaign is
doing.
