Billing Management

webClassifieds allows you to create, configure and manage an unlimited number of pricing schemes for ads on your site. These pricing schemes are called a Billing Plan. A Billing Plan allows you to configure a different pricing guideline for each category or configure a pricing guideline that your members can subscribe to.

In this chapter we will discuss how to add, delete, and modify billing plans. The billing plan system is advanced and extremely customizable. As the administrator, you can setup an unlimited number of billing plans to assign to your categories and subcategories or for your members to subscribe to.

Billing Management is accessible from the Site Mangement box in the administrative area.

The sections of Billing Management are as follows:

View the history of all payments received on your site. Create a new billing plan that users can purchase on the site. Manage, edit, and delete existing billing plans. View pending check/money orders and approve payments. Apply a credit to a user's account. Manage, edit, and delete promotion codes.
