Create Billing Plan

| Click on the Create Billing Plan icon from the Billing Management page. A form will appear once the page loads with the following fields and options:

|
| Plan Name
|
| This field can be any text value and will appear throughout the frontend and backend.
|
|
|
| Subscription Based (Yes/No)
|
| If you would like to create a billing plan the your members can purchase subscription to you must select the Yes option. All plans created as a subscription will be available to all members if they would like to subscribe. If you would like to create a billing plan to assign to a specific category or subcategory you must select the No option. All plans created as a non-subscroption will be available to be assigned to any category or subcategory.

| Subscription Fee
|
| This field is only used if you select Yes for Subscription Based (Yes/No). This field can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.). The value is the cost of the subscription when a member signs up for it.

|
|
| Subscription Length (days)
|
| This field is only used if you select Yes for Subscription Based (Yes/No). This field can be any positive whole number (i.e. 30, 60, etc.). The value is the number of days that the subscription will be valid for from the time that it is purchased by a member. Once this time period has passed the subscription will be expired and the member will be reverted to the Default Billing Plan.

| Subscription Ad Count
|
| This field is only used if you select Yes for Subscription Based (Yes/No). This field can be any positive whole number (i.e. 30, 60, etc.). The value is the number of ads that a member can post using the subscription from the time that it is purchased. Once the user has posted this number of ads the subscription will be expired and the member will be reverted to the Default Billing Plan.

| Listing Fee
|
| This option is a multiple value field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Listing Fees link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's values. The window looks like the following:

| The values you are configuring here are to determine the listing fee for the ad. The listing fee is the cost for a member to post the ad on your site. This window allows you to configure different listing fees based on the price of the ad being posted. To configure this table you can either use the Load Default Table link, this will populate the table as you see above, or you can configure your own listing fee table. You must have at least one row in this table. Each row consists of the following fields:

| Price Bracket Start
|
| This field is automatically filled in to be one cent higher than the previous Price Bracket End value. Initially this is set to 0.01. The value represents the lower limit of the ad price for the row you are configuring. The ad being posted must cost at least the value of this field for the ad to fall within this row.

|
| Price Bracket End
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.). The value represents the upper limit of the ad price for the row you are configuring. The ad being posted must cost at most the value of this field for the ad to fall within this row.
|
|
|
| Listing Fee
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value is the cost for a member to list an ad that has a price within the limits of Price Bracket Start and Price Bracket End.
|

|
| After you have entered a value for the Price Bracket End field and Listing Fee field click the Save button. Click Cancel to clear the values you have entered.

|
| If you have made a mistake on one of the rows you entered you can click Edit |
|
|
| If you would like to remove one of the rows you entered you can click the Delete |
|
|
| Once you have added and configured all of the listing fee rows that you want you can close the window and continue creating your billing plan. All the values that you have entered will be saved until you are finished with your billing plan. If you close the window the values will NOT be lost. You may return to this window at anytime by clicking the Configure Listing Fees link.

| Listing Percengtage
|
| This option is a multiple value field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Listing Percentages link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's values. The window looks like the following:

| The values you are configuring here are to determine the listing percentage fee for the ad. The listing percentage fee is a percentage of an ad's price that you will charge for a member to post the ad on your site. This window allows you to configure different listing percentages based on the price of the ad being posted. To configure this table you can either use the Load Default Table link, this will populate the table as you see above, or you can configure your own listing percentages table. You must have at least one row in this table. Each row consists of the following fields:

| Price Bracket Start
|

| This option is a multiple value field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Listing Lengths link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's values. The window looks like the following:

| The values you are configuring here are to determine the possibile listing lengths and corresponding listing length cost. This window allos you to configure different listing lengths for the billing plan you are creating. To configure this table you can either use the Load Default Table link, this will populate the table as you see above, or you can configure your own listing lengths table. You must have at least one row in this table. Each row consists of the following fields:

| Name
|
| This field is required and can contain any text value. The value of this field will be used in the dropdown selection box while a member is posting an ad.
|
|
|
| Listing Length (in days)
|
| This field is required and can be any positive whole number (i.e. 5, 14, etc.). The value of this field is the number of days an ad will be listed for on your site once it is posted and approved.

|
|
| Listing Fee
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero.

|
| After you have entered a value for the Name, Listing Length (in days), and Listing Fee fields click the Save button. Click Cancel to clear the values you have entered.

| Photo 1 Fee

| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value of this field is the cost of the first photo slot in an ad. If no photo is uploaded in this slot the member will not be charged, but if a photo is uploaded in this slot the member will be charged the value set.

| Photo 3 Fee

| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value of this field is the cost of the third photo slot in an ad. If no photo is uploaded in this slot the member will not be charged, but if a photo is uploaded in this slot the member will be charged the value set.

| Photo 4 Fee
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value of this field is the cost of the fourth photo slot in an ad. If no photo is uploaded in this slot the member will not be charged, but if a photo is uploaded in this slot the member will be charged the value set.

| Photo 5 Fee
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value of this field is the cost of the fifth photo slot in an ad. If no photo is uploaded in this slot the member will not be charged, but if a photo is uploaded in this slot the member will be charged the value set.

|
| Photo 6 Fee
|
| This field is required and can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. The value of this field is the cost of the sixth photo slot in an ad. If no photo is uploaded in this slot the member will not be charged, but if a photo is uploaded in this slot the member will be charged the value set.

|
| Bold (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Bold you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Bold you must select the Off option. Bold allows the member to have the title of their ad be bolded in the search results.
|
|
|
| Bold Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Bold (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Bold option.
|
|
|
| Highlight (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Highlight you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Highlight you must select the Off option. Highlight allows the member to have the row of their ad be highlighted in the search results.
|
|
|
| Highlight Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Highlight (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Highlight option.
|
|
|
| Search Thumbnail (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Search Thumbnail you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Search Thumbnail you must select the Off option. Search Thumbnail allows the member to have a thumbnail of the ad's primary photo in the search results.

|
| Search Thumbnail Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Search Thumbnail (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Search Thumbnail option.

|
|
| Eye Catchers (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Eye Catchers you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Eye Catchers you must select the Off option. Eye Catchers allows the member to have a small, flashy icon next to their ad in the search results.

|
|
| Eye Catchers Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Eye Catchers (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Eye Catchers option.
|
|
|
| Available Eye Catchers
|
| This option is a multiple option field and is only required if you select On for the Eye Catchers (On/Off) field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Available Eye Catchers link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's options. The window looks like the following:

| The options you are configuring in this window are the eye catchers that a member is allowed to choose from when using this billing plan. You must select at least one eye catcher from this window. To do this you need to check the checkbox for the eye catcher you want to allow. If you would like to allow all the eye catchers you see you can click the Select All link.

|
|
| After you have selected the eye catchers you would like to make available to the plan click the Save button. Click Cancel to clear the values you have selected.
|
|
|
| Once you are finished you can close the window and continue creating your billing plan. All the options that you have selected will be saved until you are finished with your billing plan. If you close the window the values will NOT be lost. You may return to this window at anytime by clicking the Configure Available Eye Catchers link.
|
|
|
| Featured (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Featured you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Featured you must select the Off option. Featured allows the member to have their ad be added to the random rotation of ads visible from the homepage of your site.
|
|
|
| Featured Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Featured (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Featured option.
|
|
|
| Counters (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Counters you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Counters you must select the Off option. Counters allows the member to have a small, hit counter at the bottom of his ad.

|
|
| Counters Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Counters (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Counters option.

|
|
| Available Counters
|
| This option is a multiple option field and is only required if you select On for the Counters (On/Off) field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Available Counters link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's options. The window looks like the following:

| The options you are configuring in this window are the counters that a member is allowed to choose from when using this billing plan. You must select at least one counter from this window. To do this you need to check the checkbox for the counter you want to allow. If you would like to allow all the counter you see you can click the Select All link.

|
| After you have selected the counters you would like to make available to the plan click the Save button. Click Cancel to clear the values you have selected.
|
|
|
| Once you are finished you can close the window and continue creating your billing plan. All the options that you have selected will be saved until you are finished with your billing plan. If you close the window the values will NOT be lost. You may return to this window at anytime by clicking the Configure Available Counters link.

|
| Themes (On/Off)
|
| If you would like this billing plan to allow the ad being posted under it to have the option for Themes you must select the On option. If you do not want the ad being posted to have the option for Themes you must select the Off option. Themes allows the member to have a small, hit counters at the bottom of his ad.

|
| Themes Fee
|
| This field is required only if you select On for the Themes (On/Off) field. The value can be any positive decimal number (i.e. 5.95, 0.99, etc.) or zero. This is the cost for the member to use the Themes option.

|
| Available Themes
|
| This option is a multiple option field and is only required if you select On for the Themes (On/Off) field. To configure the values of this field click on the Configure Available Themes link. A new window will open for you to configure the field's options. The window looks like the following:

| The options you are configuring in this window are the themes that a member is allowed to choose from when using this billing plan. You must select at least one theme from this window. To do this you need to check the checkbox for the theme you want to allow. If you would like to allow all the themes you see you can click the Select All link.

| After you have selected the themes you would like to make available to the plan click the Save button. Click Cancel to clear the values you have selected.

|
|
| Once you are finished you can close the window and continue creating your billing plan. All the options that you have selected will be saved until you are finished with your billing plan. If you close the window the values will NOT be lost. You may return to this window at anytime by clicking the Configure Available Themes link.

| After you have entered a value for all of the above fields click the Save button. Click Cancel to be taken back to Billing Management.
