Decline Reasons

The Declined Reasons section allows you to create predefined reasons to decline listings. The reasons created in this section can easily be selected when declining a listing. Adding new reasons will speed up the process of declining listings since they are often declined for repeating reasons.

To create a declined reason fill out the Declined Reasons form located at the top of the page. Both the Title and Message fields are mandatory. Click the Save button when you are finished.

Title

Enter a short title for the predefined decline reason. This will only be visible by the administrator, your members will never see this. The value entered for Title will be shown in the dropdown of predefined declined reasons when you go to decline a listing (see the Declining a Listing section above for more information).

Message

Enter the reason/explanation for why the listing is being declined. This message will be sent to your members if the predefined reason is chosen while declining a listing.

A list of predefined decline reasons can be viewed at the bottom of the page.

The Title column shows the title entered when the declined reason was created. The title and message can both be edited by clicking the edit icon (). A declined reason can also be deleted by clicking the delete icon ().
