FAQ Management

The FAQ Management section allows the administrator to create FAQs that are displayed on the site. To access FAQ Management click on Content Management under Customization.

The FAQs can be split into categories, such as registration, billing, etc. and edited with a WYSIWYG editor. FAQ Management has two sections: FAQ Topics and FAQ Answers. To create a new section in which to create FAQs click the FAQ Topics link. To create a new FAQ click the FAQ Answers link.
