The Newsletter page allows the administrator to send a mass e-mail to a specific group of members. Begin by selecting which group of members to e-mail by selecting one of the following values for the To field:  
 
All Members  
All members in the database.  
 
All Members with a Subscription  
All members who have a subscription to a billing plan.  
 
All Members without a Subscription  
All members who do not have a subscription to a billing plan.  
 
All Members with a Positive Balance  
All members who have an outstanding balance that has not yet been paid.  
 
Members Subscribed to Plan Name Here  
All members who are subscribed to the billing plan called <Plan Name Here>.  
 
If you want to use one of the previously created newsletters from the Predefined Newsletters section, choose a value from the Predefined Newsletters dropdown menu. Otherwise, leave the selected value as "None".  
 
Enter a subject and the message (unless you are using a predefined newsletter). If you want to send a HTML newsletter out, check the Use HTML checkbox. After you are finished, click the Send button.
