| webClassifieds breaks up listings into different sections called categories. A category contains listings of similar types. Examples of categories include automobiles, computers, electronics, etc. webClassifieds comes with a prepopulated database of categories.

| In this chapter we will discuss how to add, delete, and modify categories. The category system is advanced and extremely customizable. As the administrator, you can setup an infinite number of categories and subcategories. This allows your members to post their listings in the most relevant category.
