Predefined Newsletters allows you to create a newsletter that you can later use and reuse to send mailings to your members. For example, you could save time by creating a newsletter notifying members that they have an outstanding balance. This would save you time because you would likely use the letter multiple times in the future and would not have to rewrite the content.

Enter values for the Subject and Message and click the Save button when you are finished.
