Site Configuration

Site Configuration is used to configure site settings such as the site title, registration restrictions, photo upload restrictions, and many other settings. These configuration settings are all related to the front end. Any changes made in the four sections of Site Configuration will be instantly visable on the frontend to users.  
 
In this section we will discuss how to make changes to the different settings and describe each setting in detail along with its function.  
 
Site Configuration is accessible from the System Configurator box in the administrative area.

Log into the administrative area

Click the Site Configuration link in the System Configurator box.

 
 
The sections of Site Configuration are as follows:  
 
gen_settings

Configure the site title, URL, search options, and billing settings.

registration

Control the registration procedure and requirements.

admin_settings

Configure settings related to posting ads, such as autoapprovals, contact information, and others.
photo_restrict

Restrict the dimensions and file size of the photos uploaded by your members.
