2CheckOut has two Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Version 1 and Version 2. Version 1 is used for older 2CheckOut accounts and is used in default webDate installations. If the billing amount shows as $0.00 you likely need to use the Version 2 API. To do this, check the Use new 2CheckOut API? checkbox in the 2CheckOut Settings page.
2CheckOut gives you this number when you signed up and it is also accessible from your 2CheckOut account. If you do not know what this number is, please contact 2CheckOut's support department and request this information.
