Manage membership plans with Billing Items page
Billing Basics
The webDate software allows users to connect with each other using internal mail system, Instant Messenger, and Chat (plug-in). As a service provider you charge your members for using the communication services. webDate software provides you the flexibility to vary your subscription plans according to type of communication medium, order type, and duration. The three basic order types are:
Contact Stamps
Allows a member to contact another member using the internal mail system. Each message takes one contact stamp. Users, however, cannot access the Instant Messenger.
Contact Free Option
Allows paying and non-paying members to contact a member.
Unlimited Contacts
Allows a member to contact any number of members and send unlimited messages. This is the most popular order type used by dating website owners.
The Billing Items page enables you to administer your membership plans effectively.
Use the forms accessible through this page to create, edit, and delete billing options.
Subscription plans table
Easily view, edit, and delete your subscription plans using the table (above) on the Billing Items page. The amount column shows the amount you charge for a particular plan. You can view the number of members subscribing to a particular plan in the Quantity column.
Edit icon
Lets you access the Payment Information - Edit Item form. This form provides you complete details of the existing subscription plan. You can change the fields in this form to suit your requirements. The Create link at the bottom left of the form allows you to access a Payment Information form.

Create
Click on the Create link on Billing Items page to create a new subscription plan. This link lets you access a fresh Payment Information form. You can fill the below mentioned fields and text boxes to put a new subscription plan in place.

Title
Lets you name the billing option. The name you input here is shown in the subscription plans table on the Billing Items page.
Amount
Lets you fill in the price of the billing item. For example, the amount for a three month subscription could be 50 dollars.
Quantity
Lets you fill in the time period for which a subscription is valid.
Type
Use this drop down list to indicate the order type.
Description
Use this text box to provide a brief description of the membership option.
