Use Decline Reasons form to create pre-defined reasons for rejecting member profiles.
The Decline Reasons page lets you create pre-defined reasons for rejecting member profiles. The decline reasons you create here are enumerated in the drop down list on the Decline Profile (Male and Female) form that displays after you click the Decline icon on Pending Profiles page. By creating pre-defined reasons you eliminate the need for filling in a reason every time you reject a profile on the Pending Profiles page.
Lets you assign a name to the decline reason. This name appears in the drop down list on the pop up Decline form on the Pending Profiles page.
Lets you assign a reason for declining the profile. A reason is communicated to the member after you choose its name in the pop up Decline form.
