Use FAQ Management page to manage FAQs on your website.

 

The FAQ Management page lets you create, edit, and delete FAQs displayed on your website.

 

FAQ Topics form

Easily access this form by clicking the FAQ topics link on the opening screen of FAQ Management. This form lets you name a FAQ topic. The FAQ topic name is shown on the section drop down list of the FAQ Answers form. Fill up the form using the following:

 

Search link

Click this link to search the existing FAQ topics list.

 

Name field

Use this field to name a FAQ. The name acts as a reference to the entire question.

 

Show on site

This drop down list lets you specify whether or not to display the FAQ on your website.

 

Save

Click this button to save the FAQ. The saved FAQ appears in the FAQ table (given at the bottom of the screenshot).

View the existing FAQs along with their display status in this table.

 

Edit icon

Click this icon to edit a FAQ.

 

FAQ Answers form

Use FAQ Answers form to create and edit FAQ answers.

 

 

Create a new FAQ

Use this link to create a new question and an answer. Click this link to access the FAQ Questions form.

 

Section

Click on a FAQ topic in this drop down list to view all FAQ question related to the topic in the FAQ table.

 

FAQ table

View the entire list of FAQ questions created by you in this table.  Click the edit or delete icons given under the options heading of the table to edit or delete a question.

 

Edit icon

Click this icon to access the FAQ Questions form. Use this form to edit a question or an answer.

Select a language to edit

Choose your language from this drop down list.

 

Question field

Lets you edit the existing question or type a new question.

 

Answer text box

Use this text box to edit the existing answer or type a new answer using the WYSIWYG text editor.
