Use Site Settings to control the interactive forms on your website.

 

 

The Site Settings page lets you set the specifications for multiple interactive areas of your site.  Gain complete control over information exchange parameters on your site with the below set of fields and check boxes:

 

Title of your website field

Lets you key in the title of your site.  The title entered here is displayed in the title bar of your browser.
 

URL to website field

Allows you to key in the URL of your website. webDate software executes the scripts at the URL provided by you.
 

Mail messages (per day) non - paying users are allowed field

Lets you fix the number of e-mails that your free members can send from your website.  
 

Mail messages (per day) paying users are allowed field        
Lets you fix the number of e-mails that your paid members can send from your website. You need to control this to regulate the number of e-mails going out from your server. An unusually high number of mails can easily clog and slow down your server.        

 

Time (in days) members will be displayed as new after signing up field

Lets you determine the period for which new members are treated as 'new'. A new member has the 'NEW' icon against the name or picture.

 

Censor words in the censor words list

You need to create a censored word list--listing words that you do not want to display on your web site--to avail of this option. By checking this option you activate the 'censor' filter, which bans the censored words from your site.
 

Enable required Terms of Use?

Checking this option makes it mandatory for new members to accept the 'Terms of Use' of your web site.

       

Use HTML email templates?

This option enables the deployment of HTML email templates already created by you. Check this option if you wish to use these templates.
 

Skip email verification?

Checking this option enables you to allow new members to register without e-mail validation. This could allow users to create profiles with fake email addresses.
 

E-mail members on their birthday?

Check this option to automatically send congratulatory birthday e-mails.        

 

Max profiles to browse before forcing registration field

Lets you limit unregistered users to the specified number of profile views. The registration page will display once the user views the given number of profiles.
 

Seconds before a user is no longer considered online field

Lets you fix the time period after which an inactive user is logged off.
