I am truly impressed with Webscribble's level of support. Any problems I encounter, or support requested, are resolved immediately. I've never had to wait 24-hours for a resolution to my problem. If I send a ticket at 8pm weekday, the ticket is resolved before I wake at 11am. I usually get an email response from a live tech, not autoresponder, within an hour or two. Awesome.

Webscribble offers excellent support for its products. It shows someone is always at the wheel and it makes me comfortable in knowing my Webscribble problems will always be resolved immediately. I truly didn't expect this because most company say they offer great support, which is lacking after you click "submit" on the payment authorization form. However, Webscribble demonstrates that customer support is a priority.
