 Answer: Refer to the Billing History section of this documentation (Administration -> Main Menu -> Billing) - crediting employer accounts is addressed in the Manually adding a billing item section that page.

| Question: Job seekers should be able to post their resume for free, but they require a subscription. How do I keep resume postings free?
|

| Answer: Remove all of the Resume Subscription billing items from your site. Resume posting will be free if there are no Resume Subscription billing items. Refer to the Billing History section of this documentation (Administration -> Main Menu -> Billing) for information on removing a billing item.
