Database Configuration

Database Configuration under System Configurator allows you to edit the MySQL database information that you entered during the first step of installation. You may change the database host, database username, database password and the database name.

bullet Select your database type: MySQL is the only option here.  
 
bullet Your database host: Enter the address of the MySQL host here. Usually, its is localhost. Contact your server administrator if you are unsure of this information.  
 
bullet Your database username: Enter the username of the user you want webJobs to use when accessing the database. Note that this user must have access to the database.  
 
bullet Your database password: Enter the password for the user previously specified.  
 
bullet Database name: Enter the name of the database that contains the webJobs tables.  
 
bullet Use SQL Lock Command: Check this box if you would like to use the SQL Lock command on all database transactions.  
 
 


 
Once you have changed the database settings, click the green SAVE button to save the changes. If you do not want to save the changes, press the green CANCEL button. Both buttons are located above and below the form.
