Languages under the Customize menu allows you to change the text that is displayed throughout the site with respect to a given language. The languages listed here reflect the available languages from which the user can select from via the Language Drop down box on each page of the site. From the languages page, you may Edit a language, Enable/Disable a language, or Delete a Language - each of which is described below.  
 
 
Editing a Language  
 
do-it To edit a language, click the corresponding "Edit" button - On the Languages page, you will see a table of the available languages. Find the language you want to edit and click on the green Edit button under Controls on the same row as the language.

do-it Select the file you wish to edit and press "Edit" - You will now see 2 drop down menus - the first contains all the text language files, the second contains the error language files. Choose the file you wish to edit and press the corresponding Edit button.

do-it Edit the fields that you wish and press "Modify Language File" - You will now see a bunch of fields that are associated with the page you choose. Modify the fields that you wish and click the Modify Language File button near the bottom of the page (shown below).

Enabling / Disabling a Language  
By enabling a language, it will show up as an option in the language drop down menu on each page of the site. When an language is disabled, it is not available through this menu.  
 
 
do-it Click on the "Enable/Disable" link for the language you wish to enable/disable - On the Language page, you will see a table that contains all the available languages. Locate the language you want to enable/disable and click the link under Controls. This link will be located in between the Edit and Delete buttons.  
Note: If the language is already Enabled, the link will say Disable, while if the language is already disabled, the link will say Enabled.

Removing a Language  
Note: It is recommended that you Disable a language instead of removing it. Removing a language removes all the files associated with the language. If you remove the only language on your site, it will not work properly  
 
 
do-it To remove a language, click on the "Delete" button for that language - On the Language page, there will be a table that contains all the available languages. Locate the language you wish to remove. Then click the Delete button under Controls on the same row as the language. You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the language. If you are sure, click OK. Otherwise, click Cancel.
