Use the Photo Approval form to view the list of photographs pending approval.
The Photo Approval page displays the list of photographs still to be approved by you for display on your website. Use this page to view, approve or decline a photograph.
Photo Approval table headings
The Photo Approval table gives you a snapshot of the photographs still to be approved by you. If you have not opted for automatic approval, photographs are displayed on your website only upon approval.
Selection checkbox
Check this box, given in the beginning of each row, to select multiple photographs for approval or rejection. Once you have selected the photographs, click the Approve button to display them on your website. You can reject the photographs by clicking on the Decline button.
Name
Displays the name of the member.
Profile Name
Displays the name of the profile.
Date submitted
Displays the date of submission of a photograph.
Options
Click on these icons, given at the end of each row to perform the following tasks:
View
Click on this icon to view a photograph.
Approve
Click on this icon to approve a photograph.
Disapprove
Click this icon to reject a photograph.
