To upload files using SmartFTPSmartFTP GUI menu bar to create a connection. The menu bar has below mentioned five variables:
Smart FTP menu bar
Address
Lets you input the FTP address of your web server.
Login
Lets you input FTP username.
Password
Lets you input your FTP password. Enter your FTP password.
Port
Lets you input your port number. This field has 21 as the default value. Do not change this number unless instructed by your web host.
Anonymous
Do not click this button.
Tip: Ask your web host for information if you are not sure of the field values.
Click the Go button 
to connect to your web server. The FTP Client screen displays folders and files stored on your web server.
