Use Create Member form to create new members for your website.
On your website, visitors can become members by filling up the registration form. The Create Member page allows you to create and edit memberships of your website through the administrative area. Use the below fields and drop down lists to fill in the required information:
Username field
Lets you input a user name.
Password field
Lets you input a password for the user name.
E-mail field
Lets you input an e-mail address.
Lets you input a name.
Gender
Lets you specify the gender.
Age
Lets you specify the age.
Country
Lets you specify a country.

Lets you specify a state.

Lets you specify a city.
Postal Code
Lets you specify a postal code.

Date of birth
Lets you specify the date of birth.
