Deploy the User Access  form to manage the administrative rights of your website administrators.

 

The User Access page lets you set specific administrative rights for a particular user. For example, you can permit members to read, write or delete content on pages such as Featured Members, Upload settings, and profile settings.

 

Create

Click on this link to access the Users Access form. This form is designed to let you specify user rights to administrative users.

 

User access - Edit Item form

This form lets you change user settings created with the User Access form.

 

Username

Use this drop down list to select the user for whom you want to set the administrative rights.

 

User access table

Use this table to edit your administrative rights settings for all functionalities within webNetwork. The table has the following heads:

 

Service name

Gives you the name of the functionality for which an administrative right is required. Use the check boxes to accord read, write, and delete rights for the service mentioned.

 

Read

Check this box to give read rights for the UI page for a particular service.

 

Write

Check this box to give write rights for the UI page (lets a user input information on the page) of a particular service.

 

Delete

Check this box to give delete rights for the UI page (lets a user delete information from the page) of a particular service.
