The User Management page lets you create new administrative users and control the existing users. You can create users with full rights or partial rights and debar existing users from using their rights.
Create link Click the create link to access the create new item form. This form is designed to let you create and manage new administrative users.
Use create new item form to create new users.
Username field Lets you create a username for a new administrative user.
Password field Lets you fill in the password for the username.
Confirmation Lets you confirm the password.
Administrator Use this drop down list to specify whether the new user has full rights or partial rights. You can specify user rights on the User Access page.
Log user events Use this drop down list to create a record or log of user activity.
Status Set the current status of an user using this drop down list. Choose normal to give full or partial rights. Choose access denied to bar an existing user. You can also change the password by choosing change password.
Back to the main service form link Click on this link to revert to the main User Management page.
User records table This list provides you a one-stop view of the current status of all administrative users created by you. It also enables you to edit the username field, administrator setting, and the status setting using the edit icon. Click on the delete icon to delete a user from the listing.
