Absolutely! We perform the first installation of
our social network software free of charge along with
any plugins you purchase. An installation includes
uploading the community software files, populating
the MySQL database, and setting the appropriate file
permissions. Once uploaded, your site will look identical
to our online demo.

I run a free site?
|
Yes, you can! WIth our community software, you are
not obligated to charge your members. Of course if
you do want to, you can easily do it with our built
in billing system.

soon will I receive webNetwork™?
|
We manually screen and approve each order.
As long as you purchase during normal business hours
(Monday-Friday 9-5PM EST) you will receive the software
by e-mail in under an hour. If you purchase our community
software after our offices have closed or on the weekend
it may take up to one day for you to receive it.

How
will I receive webNetwork™?
|
There are two ways we can deliver the product
to you: by e-mail or by postal mail. By default, we
will e-mail you all the download information after your
purchase. For a small shipping fee you can choose to
receive the package by postal mail in addition to the
e-mail delivery.

Will
I receive free updates?
|
Yes! We will provide you with one year of free
updates for our social network software. Major updates
with many new features are generally released every
six months. Minor updates including small new features
and fixes are generally released every three months
or less.

How
much can I customize the look of the site?
|
You can make any changes to the site as
you wish. All aspects of how the page looks can be changed.
When you receive the software it comes with over 60
HTML template files that you can edit for maximum control
over the look of your site. Whether you want to change
just the header of the page (edit one file) or change
the wording on every single template, webNetwork gives
you the flexibility to do both.

|
Yes! We can ship you the software on a CD. Simply
choose the postal mail shipping option during your

How
many users can it support?
|
That is a difficult question to answer, and depends
on many factors. The biggest factors include whether
you are on a shared environment or a dedicated server,
and the number of simultaneous users on at one given
time.
In general, we have clients running databases with
hundreds of thousands of members very smoothly. Our
community software has no limit on how many members
it can support, as long as you have an adequate server.

this a MySpace or Facebook clone?
|
We do not 'clone' software. When building a software
package like this, we are not intending to build a MySpace clone or a FaceBook clone,
but a package that we think will be fast, easy, and
powerful. We take great pride in building a sophisticated
piece of software, and take in customer input very
seriously. The result is a software that has many
of the features seen on MySpace, but also many new
innovations that we added while refining the feature
set.
