Mail system

Members can use an internal mail system built right into the software.  The software provides notifications of any new messages members received by emailing the user.  This keeps members coming back to your site and staying active.

Compose and reply

Sending emails is a breeze.  Simply select the member you wish to mail, and type the contents of the mail through our easy to use WYSIWYG editor.  Recepients are notified of new mail instantly.

 

Instant message

For those that wish to chat live with their friends, our built in IM system allows members to do just that.  The powerful IM system is entirely AJAX based, and comes with a variety of settings that members can tweak from away messages to font colors.

 

Address book importers

One of the biggest obstacles in starting a social network site is getting new members. To help you grow quickly, our community software features an address book importer which will allow your members to easily email all of their friends to sign up for your site. This is compatible with Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, and MSN.

 

Newsletter and mass mailing

Our newsletter feature will allow you to email large groups of members. You can email all members at once, or to specific profile types. For example, if you want to encourage musicians to upload new music and sell their songs through our webStore software, you can select “Musician profiles” and easily send out a quick mailing. The newsletter feature supports HTML emails, as well as exporting the list to a CSV file.


Emoticons and status

Members can use emoticons throughout their chats, and see a list of members currently online on your site.
