Fully Featued Member Area - users can login with their username/password
to view credits, hits received, and to change personal and site information.
Top 50 Users - shows the top 50 referring users, their site

Administrative
Track your members - webStartup allows you to track every startup
exchange in your system. This can show you how many exchanges are occuring,
as well as help in finding any existing cheaters.
Set ratios - you can set custom ratios for individual users.
This feature is especially useful for paid advertisers, or top users.
Timer - set a timer to an length you want to prevent cheating.
A user will not be credited until the time length you specified has
occured.
Default Page - set a page the script can default to if any
errors occur, or if there are no accounts with credit left.
Mail Users - this feature in the administrative area allows
you to mail all your members at once if you would like to notify them
of updates.
Specify Referral Credits - this feature allows you to specify
how many credits a person receives for every hit his/her referral gets.
List All Users - you can view all the subscribing users to
your exchange with this feature.
Daily New Users - this feature lists all of the users that
have signed up today.
Search Users - use this search feature in the administrative
area to view user's accounts, their balances, personal information,
and custom ratios.
Delete Account - this feature allows you to permanently delete
an account if it is necessary.
Statistics - view daily/weekly/monthly statistics for traffic
generated by your exchange.
Log Advertising Transactions - this feature allows you to log
any startup page or banner purchases for your site.
View Advertising Transactions - you can view the monthly advertising
transactions in a designated administrative area.
View Advertising Transactions in Excel - this feature creates
an Excel file for monthly transactions. You can download the file for
easier bookkeeeping.
PayPal Codes - the script generates the PayPal codes you need

User
Earn Credit On Signup - if enabled in the administrative area,
users can start with a set number of credits immediately after signup.
Earn Credit On Startpages - users will generate a certain amount
of credits (specified in the administrative area) on every start page
launched.
Earn Credit From Referrals - users can earn credit (amount
specified in the administrative area) from referrals up to four levels
deep.
Edit Personal Information - users can edit their personal information
in the member area.
Edit Website Information - users can change their site URL
and categories in the member area.
Code Retrieval - users can retrieve the necessary codes to
begin exchanging start pages.
Automatic password retreival - forgotten passwords can be automatically
e-mailed to the respective users.
