WLCS was faced with a handful of challenges with their previous job board. The custom job board that was created provided a poor user experience for both employers and job seekers. It was time-consuming and lacked an intuitive design that made posting, editing, and managing jobs inefficient. Additionally, it could not provide meaningful and actionable insights.
Web Scribble's job board platform gave employers the ability to manage their own job postings. It allowed job seekers to create profiles to store information and gain access to advanced search filters to meet their individual needs. Web Scribble's partnership with iMIS made the integration process seamless for WLCS, they also gained better insight into the member journey and were able to create customized reports that automatically synced with iMIS.
The overall user experience has been improved for both sides, job seekers and employers have provided feedback about the new platform which has helped to improve engagement and usability. Actionable analytics now allows WLCS to better understand their users to continuously make improvements to the platform and identify new engagement opportunities.
