Overall, due to a lack of communication, NASW didn’t feel like a priority to their vendor. Beyond that, NASW felt their job board had grown stale and the technology being used wasn’t cutting edge and providing value to their members. Finally, a lack of strategy and collaboration led to a continuous decline in non-dues revenue.
NASW partnered with Web Scribble and forged a solid relationship. Planning sessions were held to collaborate and strategize innovative ways to drive consistent non-dues revenue. Custom solutions were crafted to upgrade and improve technology to provide user-friendly experiences for both job seekers and employers. Finally, new revenue-generating products and services were implemented to further increase non-dues revenue!
In the first year, NASW saw that overall job seeker engagement grew by over 4X. Non-dues revenue had increased by more than 120% in the first year of the partnership and within a few months, NASW had already surpassed their revenue goal for the year!
