As we partner with Google for Jobs, we continue our commitment to drive more organic traffic and applicants to our partners including associations, publishers, and niche sites.

Google announced Google for Jobs which is a new enhanced jobs search engine (rolled out in the United States, with other countries to follow) utilizing Google's deep knowledge in AI and machine learning.

The majority of job seekers start their job search on right from Google, with nearly 40% of job seekers searching for their next job on their mobile phone. Now, Google's job search engine will allow job seekers to further refine their search by exploring options across industries, locations, categories, wage, and even by accessibility to public transportation to deliver highly personalized results

Previously, a select few job boards dominated the organic Google search results, but the new job search tools built into Google search with targeted and relevant jobs helps to level the playing field across many additional job sites fed into a single job search experience. Once the job seeker hits "apply" they will be brought to the job board that provided the listing. We're thrilled to announce that job boards and career centers powered by Web Scribble can now take advantage of the full integration with Google for Jobs, and be listed within search immediately.

The integration will allow our customers to drive highly targeted and qualified candidates to their job boards and deliver more value to employers. "Google for Jobs is a game changer!" says CEO Alexey Gutin. "We're proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the job board space, and continue to help our customers deliver value to employers."

The recruitment industry has seen big changes over the last 18 months, and Google's entry into the market means that it's more important than ever for job boards to work with cutting edge technology providers. Working with hundreds of job sites in the United States gives us unique insight and data into how to work with Google's new features.
