ASAE's Marketing Professionals Advisory Council's Subcommittee on Revenue and ROI recently identified a few proven strategies to help associations boost their non-dues revenue and shared the results in an article titled, "Four High-Impact, Low-Cost Nondues Revenue Opportunities." In this article, ASAE spoke with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) on their revenue results by migrating their career center to Web Scribble.

MGMA saw more than a 50 percent growth year-over-year in gross revenue after switching their career center to Web Scribble. ASAE spoke with MGMA's Member Engagement Director, Allison Gault, MBA, CAE, about their experience with Web Scribble. "We're able to offer a key member benefit on the individual level for all job seekers and the organizational level for job posters, while generating non-dues revenue, which is critical to organization success," said Allison. "Through our partnership with Web Scribble, we've been able to offload much of our marketing support, freeing up marketing staff time to focus on other areas within the organization - all while continuing to meet our growth goals."

The career center has proven to be a win-win solution for MGMA, providing an immense value to members and prospects by supplying them with job postings in their niche specialty areas, all while generating non-dues revenue for the association. The Web Scribble career center connects the right talent, with the right opportunities, helping people and practices thrive so healthcare can too - while continuing to help MGMA fulfill their mission. MGMA participates in sending its members a "Hot Jobs Alert" - a biweekly email that continues to be the best performing email that the organization sends out.

Web Scribble is committed to helping MGMA continue to further their mission and is looking forward to implementing new career planning tools on the career center later this quarter.
