Big News: AutoMatch, AI Resume Search

What it is
AutoMatch brings an AI-powered option into Resume Search. Employers can either select an existing job posting or paste a job description, then AutoMatch scans the resume database and returns ranked candidates with match percentages. It’s designed to replace complex Boolean strings with a clean, guided experience—ideal for busy hiring teams that want strong starting lists fast.
